We chose to come to Century 21 following positive advice from family and friends. We didn't shop around for real estate agents - we simply walked in the front door and Michelle Fitzgerald took us from there. She asked us about what we were looking for and gave us an explanation about what to expect and how things would go as we started looking at properties. She told us that she'd been working in real estate for about a decade in Beloit, and it was important to us that the person we worked with had experience and knew the area since this was our first home, so we were glad we landed with someone who had that exact experience. I never felt unable to ask questions, and I always felt respected and comfortable. I was nervous going into the process of buying a home because I was concerned I might feel pressured to make an offer, or do something that might not be what I really wanted. Michelle stated multiple times that she was looking out for our best interests, and we could tell she certainly was.
