Larry is amazing, he is extremely knowledgable with real estate developments in the Palm Beach area. He would evaluate properties prior to showing them and he has a keen sense of suitability. His patience is amazing as Larry was working with us for over a year. Our first property was a short sale and after months of extensions the contract was cancelled by the bank. Our second property had probate issues (won't go into details). He also did a great job locating a tenant for our investment property. Larry is our trusted broker and has become a friend of the family and we will highly recommend him to all. Larry Back will be our realtor for all of our future FL real estate transactions. He is a great guy with a wonderful personality. Larry's attention to detail was evident throughout the course of this very long process. He coordinated with the title company, lawyers, seller, and my family trust.

Juan Robles was always there since the first meeting we had. Juan Robles is very organized, before we even went to the first meeting, Juan Robles sent us a very detailed list of everything we had to bring to his office. The day of the meeting Juan Robles got us a loan approval from Eagle Home Mortgage that allowed us to pay off our car loan up to 10 months in order to not count it as a debt. Every day after that moment, Juan Robles never left us alone in the process of buying our home, since it can become very difficult due to the fact that we are buying a house for the first time. Every time I wanted to see a house, Juan Robles was always there to show it to me. Juan Robles used to come from Hypoluxo to Pompano Beach to show me houses, no one else would have done that. If I liked the house the same day Juan Robles sent me the offer to sign and send it right away. Juan Robles is always there to answer any questions I may have when I call. I am very grateful for Juan Robles. I would recommend Juan Robles because I had a great experience with him and for all the aspects mentioned above.
