Buyer reviewWe have been looking for a place near the beach for a while. The best thing that happened to us was making contact with Suzanne Russo. Suzanne went above and beyond in every facet of our experience. She was friendly/professional/thorough and we could not have asked for more. If anyone is in the market... They should go to Century 21 Barefoot Realty and ask for Suzanne Russo.

Seller reviewSuzanne came prepared with supporting documentation and used the time to listen to our needs. She targeted our property to the appropriate audience for a fast and price competitive sale. Suzanne also went above and beyond her normal duties when our hvac system failed. She lined us up with a trustworthy contractor and coordinated the repairs when we couldn't be onsite. Suzanne was one of the best realtors we've dealt with and we'll recommend her to friends and associates. We had a very good experience with Suzanne and Century 21 Barefoot and would definitely use this firm and realtor again.

Seller reviewSuzanne listens well and was very responsive to our needs to make this sale. She was very proactive in soliciting multiple offers and assisted in negotiating our sale terms. She helped assure that the closing would be on time when it appeared that everything was not being delivered as expected. This was the best experience ever I had in selling a residence! It was the fifth home that I sold over the last 40 years and nothing compares to how smooth it went in part because of the involvement of Suzanne. She was very professional throughout, had a sense of humor, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you Suzanne for all hard work in putting this deal together!
