We ran into many obstacles in which they were able to resolve, including the death of the seller which presented new challenges. I highly recommend Daryl and Amy as they are very thorough, knowledgeable, available and professional as they worked to help us with our purchase. We purchase a lot of real estate and will be doing business again with them in the future as good realtors are hard to find!
