Seller reviewTerry was refered to me from other friends in the immediate area. They all had great experiences with Terry and valued his knowledge of the downtown Indianapolis market. In addition, Terry was extremely attentive and very responsive to sellers and buyers needs. Terry used a multi-faceted approach to selling my house and was brainstorming weekly to find new ways to market the house. He went above and beyond what was expected to keep interest in the house moving forward. This was not an easy house to sell, but Terry worked continually to create new interest and keep the listing fresh. Highest regards for Terry Brown. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell in Indianapolis. Terry is so knowledgeable about the downtown real estate market and works tirelessly to satisfy the buyer and/or sellers needs. Terry coordinated showings to accommodate my renters schedules to minimize the disruption in their life. I told him one specific neighborhood I wanted to live in which was hard to even view a house before it had a pending offer.
