Seller reviewTim Hillmer was a great help to us. I knew I was in good hands. Sold my home on the first day of the listing. Also found us a new home the first day we went looking. I would recommend him and I did to all my friends. My daughter is using this young man as well.

Buyer reviewvery understanding of what I was looking for and worked hard to get it done could not had a better person for this purchase Tim knows the market very well and the area in which a person is looking in and will make sure that you will get what you want in a purchase of a home Tim is a great person to work with I feel that I would not have found a better person to work with and I thank Tim for everything that he did to make this an easy purchase also he is polite and friendly.

Seller reviewTim stopped by after we had to end a contract with another realtor due to non-performance. Tim assured us that we would be pleased in short time and we were. Tim listened to our concerns and put our house in the best light possible. Our previous realtor didn't and we waited 3 long months with very few showings. The photographer took much better pictures and Tim's description and advertising got us a buyer within our price point. Tim was a neighbor and took our house sale as if his reputation was on the line and he delivered a timely sale at a price that allowed us to avoid a short sale situation. Our previous realtor was convinced that short selling was our only option. Very professional company. Every dealing, every phone call was all business, friendly and courteous.

Since we live out of state, they had a few more meetings with Tim than we did. We all feel that that he is friendly and courteous, but more important, cares about his client. He worked on our behalf to get the best price and make things as easy as possible for us. I would definitely recommend Tim to friends and family.

Buyer reviewTim Hilmer was great to work with he was very flexible on time and was able to get us in to see what we wanted and if we didn't like what we saw and wanted to move on he was fine with that. Tim also pointed out things that we had missed or not thought to look for within some houses so we knew what we would be getting into. Tim also kept us to a 10 house a day limit which helped keep things in order so it didn't start to blur together.

Buyer reviewTim was fully knowledgeable of all aspects of the home buying process. He knew exactly what to expect in Dearborn and surrounding area and even knew hot spots to look in when looking for houses. (such as areas commonly known for leaks and attic spaces known to have issues) My wife and I had never bought a house and did not know where to find a inspector. Tim recommended a great inspector who gave us detailed information and walked us around the house. Tim also recommended a great company to use for our mortgage. We did not take his advice and went through a lot of trouble dealing with our bank. Tim still walked me through the process when our mortgage company did not. He got us the price we wanted and communicated throughout the entire process. He was easily approachable and really helped us feel that he was going to work every day for us. He actually stepped up and helped when our mortgage lender was difficult to reach. I honestly can't think of anything that Tim could have done better.
