Tom Wawczak was wonderful to work with. He is a very fun individual and definitely takes the time to work with you to find the home that best fits you. I will recommend Tom to anyone I come across that is looking for homes or looking to sell. He is very knowledgeable and always comes prepared. It is very easy to talk to him and also to contact him with any questions or concerns. Tom responds in a very quick/timely fashion. Thanks to the offer Tom, himself, came up with to place on my home of interest, the seller did accept my offer over the rest. The sellers realtor specifically told me that it was because of the offer we gave and how we placed the offer on the home that the seller chose to sell to me. I would work with Tom again in a heart beat, he is very fun to be around and knows his job very well. He is very trustworthy, reliable, and dependable. Thank you Tom for everything you did! My husband and I were extremely happy with how professional and knowledgeable Tom Wawczak was at helping us find our new home. It was not an easy journey but Tom helped us through it all. He was always available for us to ask questions and he was always ready to call for a showing as soon as a new house hit the market! What stands out most for me about Tom is his personality. He is always happy and easing going. I never felt like he was too busy to help me, even thought I know for a fact that he WAS insanely busy most of the time:) I would recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! He is a great person and a fantastic realtor!!!

Searching for a home was a stressful process as a first time home buyer. However, having Tom Wawczak as our guide, eliminated the majority of that stress. He was confident in the knowledge that he holds, however also very understanding of our needs. Tom was willing to communicate through out the day, including after 10pm or very early mornings. There was not a step of the way that I was not clued into the process. I appreciate the fact that he took extra time to make sure I was comprehending the process.
