Buyer reviewAmy was very persistent with getting me to look at properties, yet at the same time, she didn't come off as pushy. I always felt like she was there for me. Previously I had talked with another realtor and she sent me a list of the ugliest homes ever and only ever emailed me once, so I could tell she didn't want my business. Amy was the exact opposite. Great lady!! She was also very knowledgeable about other listings I had an interest in such as the properties being "a quick sale" etc. I did recommend her to one of my coworkers since I was so pleased with the way she worked!

I didn't have to do much more than sign a few documents via email and show up to close. I have no complaints and would recommend him to others. He's very polite and patient.

He was very professional and easy to get in contact with when I had questions. My house sold in just over 2 months which was perfect timing for me, and I wasn't stuck with a mortgage payment after I had moved. Thanks Shane for all your hard work in getting my house sold.

If my daughter ever decides to sell her house I will recommend that she let Shane Willard represent her and her interests. And, when it comes to my baby girl, I am very selective and protective.

He knew the market well for our area, which was a priority for us. Shane was out of town when we found the house we wanted to buy, but he had coverage even though it was just before Christmas.
