We chose Shane for his expertise in the area we were looking to purchase our new home, also he is a friend of the family. Kelsey Henson reached out to me after I inquired on a listing they had - she and Shane were both amazing!! Shane was very responsive to all of my questions via text and email - I typically got a response within about 30 minutes or less!! Even with as many questions as I asked, Shane was always patient and quick to help me understand and explain everything to me. Our hosue sold in 1 day!! Shane was exellent in walking us through everything and helping us along with the inspection and repairs. All of the Goodyear Green folks were amazing! Shane was great with the listing and negotiations, Kelsey was great when showing us potential houses to buy, and Mike was great with the advertising and social media aspect. What a GREAT team!!
