Since I didn't have any prior experience with purchasing a new home, I needed to rely on somebody that was truly competent in their expertise of realty. This is where Andy came in. Andy made sure to take extra time explaining important documents to me until I fully understood what I was committing to. He also made many accommodations for me as we came up with an offer that met all of my requirements. I never felt pressured to make a final decision before I was 100% ready to do so. In addition, I could tell that Andy was an honest agent; his honesty is what made me feel at peace with my overall buying experience.
