Buyer reviewTom and Linda Chiado were recommended by a good friend. When I met them, we just clicked and maintained a great rapport throughout the home hunting experience. I don't think I could have worked with anyone better! They are attentive, available, and accommodating realtors. So good about answering questions or finding the answers quickly. When things fell apart with the first house on practically the closing date (sellers issue) they were so comforting and then found the second one I bought the next day!! I liked it so much better than the first one so things really do have a way of working out the way they should. They did double time for me and deserve every penny of their commission! I would recommend them highly to my friends and colleagues. Tom definitely knows his business. He always laid out my options, answered my questions, and let me decide the best way to go. Tom is the best!
