Our daughter, Sheridyn Cook, is also an agent, but she is inexperienced and felt that Dave Clough would not only be a good broker for us, but would also be willing to help her learn the trade, as well as make it easier to deal with the family. We took her advice and it proved to be sound. This was difficult to rate because we just turned it over to Dave Clough and Sheridyn, but due to the excellent results, we are giving them the highest marks for their efforts. Again it is hard to rate Dave Clough without including Sheridyn Cook. All communications to us from him came through her. However,, after meeting Dave him at the completion of the sale, we found that he exhibited all of these characteristics in dealing with us, so we feel that we gave him the correct ratings. We are not aware of how many people are involved in the sale of a house, but we can say that we were very happy with the service we received. It is stressful to sell a house that we have lived in for more than 54 years, but in working with Dave Clough and Sheridyn Cook, we feel they made it as easy on us as possible. We appreciate both of them and the hard work and effort they put in on our behalf. The only bad part of the experience was our lack of patience. Both agents were very patient to help us through the stressful times. Again it is hard to rate Dave without including Sheridyn. All communications to us from him came through her. However, after meeting him at the completion of the sale we found that he exhibited all of these characteristics with us, so we feel that we have every reason to believe that we gave him the correct ratings.

We were so happy with Lila's help. She set up the most realistic expectations, she listened to what we wanted. She was willing to travel a out of the salt lake valley which was the most important. She was great working with the agents of our buyers on the house we sold and the sellers agent on the house we bought. She made the process so seemless

Dave Clough loves what he does, and it shows. His enthusiasm for real estate and his knowledge and friendly manner are invaluable. His professional manner put me at ease. I would recommend Dave, because he uses his expertise to get good results and was very prompt to answer texts and phone calls. He was also really good about relaying information or getting forms signed in a timely manner.
