Buyer reviewEven though we were living in Phoenix for over a year before we moved, Val still kept in touch, provided us with portal listings, and checked in from time to time. She stayed on top of the listings in the area we were interested in living and was incredibly helpful when the time to move was upon us! And in the meantime she also helped my parents when they were searching for a house! She helped with negotiating our offer very well and we were able to get a better price for the home! And she has been very helpful in getting us in touch with the right people to do some contracting work. Val Hooten is invaluable to Century 21 and that company is very fortunate to have her aboard!

Buyer reviewMs. Hooton was extremely well organized, effective, efficient, and compassionate. She greeted us the first time with an organized folder and even bought water and drinks for the kids. She showed us the whole city. Talked about the place-- places to eat, shop, health care, libraries, parks, and entertainment. She listened to us and it showed in the houses that she showed us. She also set up meetings later in the evening because both my husband and I work long hours. She did video tours with me because I was not able to travel to follow up tours. She explained the pros and cons in great detail about the decisions that we had to make. She connected us to the right resources. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a house in Carmel, IN.
