I chanced upon Rachel when I responded to an advertisement online that the agency would provide me with an estimate of the value of the house I wanted to sell. Rachel apparently was assigned to provide me with that estimate. She came to my home with comparables and went over them thoroughly with me and gave me my estimated value. (Subsequently the home sold for the exact amount she had valued it at). I was unhappy with the last four realtors that I had dealt with and decided to use her services to search for a new home as well as to sell my existing residence. My chance paid off as Rachel was the most amazing person and realtor I had ever worked with. Rachel is a strong problem solver and diplomatic negotiator. There were many times (too many to detail) when she used her skills to make this purchase happen. One instance was her skillful negotiation persuading the seller to accept our terms of the purchase being contingent on the sale of our existing home. I remember thinking at the time that she had been a miracle worker. ( Thanks to her services in selling our home, the seller did not have to wait long). Rachel is an example of rare excellence in all of the above listed characteristics. Rachel was always available to us. It was as if she didn't have any other concerns in the world but us. We had many questions along the way and she carefully addressed all of them. She is an amazing professional and human being. I expect her to rise quickly in this profession. I hope not to have to enlist Rachel's services again anytime soon, but if I did need a realtor, I would choose Rachel without hesitation, as well as direct family and friends to her. She deserves all the accolades we can give her. She was truly amazing.
