We relied on Tab's extensive knowledge of the community and market to help us really decide what neighborhood to focus our search. Being from out-of-state, Tab's work prior to us even meeting face-to-face made the one weekend we had available for house hunting productive and positive. We extensively studied the listings and information Tab provide which allowed us to rank the houses we wanted to see and make the most of the whirlwind weekend of house hunting. Tab was able to anticipate our needs and managed all aspects of the purchase even meeting for a walk-through on a holiday which allowed us to close on a day convenient for our schedules. We'll recommend Tab without a doubt and wouldn't hesitate to use him again however I'm pretty sure we've found our forever home!
