She helped me find a great morth ave that led to our ability to purchase a house. I reccommend her and will be using her on our next purchase!

She is honest & let's you know what's good & what's not. She'll explain things so you understand them, as many times as you need. Evon is tireless. We felt like we were her only clients, when we knew she had others. She offers suggestions, but you make the decisions. In what can be an overwhelming process, she made our experience less stressful & rewarding. Evon has integrity, is warm, caring, has a wonderful sense of humor, & is a joy to work with. After all was said & done, we sold our home, found our dream home, & gained a friend. Doesn't get better than that!

He made it very clear in his actions that his intent wasn't to just sell me any home, he truly wanted to find us what would be best for our growing family and was willing to work around our schedule.

Buyer reviewI really liked matt not only in a professional but on a personal level also. He treated my wife and I like family. I would refer him to anyone. Not only would I, I have and will continue too. When we have our house warming I would love for Matt and his family join us. Matt was nice and caring but the best pat and most important was that he was honest. It was a pleasure dealing with Matt, and if I had to do it all over again I would stick with the same realities!
