In addition to this we had to push back our dates three separate times because of problems with the mortgage lender, all of which could have resulted in us losing our earnest money and the home we were seeking. Each time this occurred Lori was able to negotiate and "swindle" the sellers and the sellers agent into extending our deadlines. Lori's knowledge and experience was so valuable!
