Buyer reviewWe got lucky with Drew as our realtor. He has a contractor background and was able to point out many things to us about different houses that we would not have noticed. He went above and beyond for us when our loan provider required some drywall in the basement to be removed and replaced by contacting someone he knew and helping to do the job himself so we could close on our new home in time. He is very honest and knows his stuff. After we closed on our new house he even loaned us his paint sprayer and other supplies so we could repaint the whole house and replace the flooring (renovations we chose to do but were not required) to help make our house feel like home. Incredibly grateful we were able to have Drew as our realtor and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

When he looked at houses for us before we arrived to Minnesota from a much warmer part of the world, and then with us after we arrived to Minnesota, he was literally getting on his hands and knees to physically check for issues the houses we were looking at might have. He is thorough, expeditious, and works well to get a deal done.

Buyer reviewAs the only realtor I have worked with (first time buying a home) at first I thought Drew was just an awesome realtor. He was always readily available, quick to respond to questions, and got us into houses (a lot of them at that) right away. You could have easily convinced me we were his only client! But, soon I realized Drew is much more than "just an awesome realtor". From taking his entire Sunday afternoon to help us re-side the shed at the new house in order to pass appraisal, to letting us use the moving truck (pictures in post) for over a week FREE OF CHARGE! I can't say enough good things about him and the Work With a Pro Team. They made the entire process much easier than I could have ever imagined and took so much stress off of our plates. If you are buying or selling a house and you AREN'T working with Drew and crew, I assure you that you're doing it wrong! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would give 10 stars if I could!
