As a first time home seller, Denise far exceeded my expectations as an agent. My home was only on the market for 8 days before Denise found a buyer which was very impressive! Denise has great marketing skills and really knows her stuff! Also she was very helpful throughout the entire process and I would HIGHLY recommend her as agent! BTW Denise also was my sister's agent this year (2016) and sold her house in 2 days! Denise is WONDERFUL!

We decided to sell our house after renting it for a year and our neighbor that used to live across the street used Denise Quinlan to sell there house. She sold it in like less than three days. So we had to get her to sell ours. She would have had ours sold in 3 days or less had the contract we had in those first three days not decided against the home. Denise was awesome, sold our home quickly, was nice and accessible if I had any questions or concerns. I think she works too hard and too much but I guess it comes with the territory. I have already and will continue to recommend Denise Quinlan to anybody selling there home. Thanks Denise!!
