Buyer reviewDenise was amazing. She was very patient and flexible and we searched for the perfect home for our family. Denise kept in contact with us from beginning to end. Including regular updates on properties, documents, etc. and she even called after closing to check in with us and our new home. Because of Denise's diligence, we will be enjoying our new home for many years to come! We can't thank her enough!

Denise had impressed me with her expertise and experience in real estate, from a previous home buying transaction. I felt comfortable and confident hiring her services again as I prepared to sell my house. Denise's value estimation and sales strategy was superb. The house got offers within days (< 3 days) of going to market. Denise's effort made my home selling experience painless, while she did the hard work of negotiating to get the best price for the house. Denise was always available to answer questions, discuss strategy and contract execution. I remember her taking my call late at night to discuss the home sale, after she had already put in a long and hard work day closing other deals. She made time for me whenever I needed to talk to her. I would hire her services again when I am in the market looking to buy or sell a house. I would also not hesitate to recommend her as a highly qualified, effective and results oriented real estate agent.

I always felt comfortable during the process. She was available to answer questions at any time. My work schedule is crazy but she always found time for me. I chose to purchase a home during a very stressful time but working with Denise was very pleasant and made the process much smoother than I ever expected. I was actually surprised that Denise was at my home inspection and I am glad she was. She helped to explain the process and key things to be concerned about.

Buyer reviewI chose Denise Quinlan because I knew her personally and felt I "had" to. Well, am I glad I did!! I have never seen a more thorough, thoughtful, concerned realtor. She is very much concerned with all of her clients well being and that everything works out to their satisfaction. She followed through on everything, even things that were the selling parties responsibility, she let nothing go. Couldn't be happier!! I only wish I had such an experience in previous buy/sell transactions I've done. So impressed with Denise Quinlan and the Century 21 Results Realty. Everyone was always so helpful and polite and welcoming every time I was there!
