When we met with Karen (Mastrangelo) for the first time she immediately put us at ease. We discussed everything from our likes and dislikes to how the process would work as we moved through every stage of the home buying process. As we began viewing houses, there was never a moment where we felt pressured to make a decision we were not ready to. Karen was amazing in that she was determined to help us find a home we would love, within our budget, whether it took a week or a year. At every turn she was transparent with us, drawing on her years of experience and research to help us make an informed decision on what houses to view, what positives to look for and of the warning signs to steer clear. Once we found a house we loved, Karen was at every inspection, meeting with contractors and appraisers solely for our benefit. She absolutely went above and beyond for my wife and I. Seller reviewKaren did an excellent job in selling my house. She takes her job seriously and is very knowledgeable. She took time to hire a professional to take pictures of the house and it showed in the marketing on the websites. My house appraised well and I think it's because Karen took the time to meet with the appraiser and was able to point out all the upgrades that were done and she supported it with receipts. Karen is very professional and I wouldn't hesitate recommending her to my friends and family. Selling a house is stressful enough and Karen made it go through smoothly. Thank you for all your help!
