Karen, was so helpful in moving the deposits and withdrawals at both the selling of my home and the purchase of my new home. She made me understand that we had to be very careful And to always check to make sure that I was sending the monies to the correct person or lawyer. I am elderly and needed someone who is very patient and Karen is indeed patient. At the outset when I expressed some of my nervousness about the process to Karen she said, "Don't worry. I'll be with you every step of the way." She has been true to her word in every respect. I'll say more about what it's like to work with Karen later on, but since we're focused on results it's worth mentioning that with Karen's coaching to stage the house, her excellent pricing advice and her solid marketing plan led to me receiving an offer on my home in less than a week after the home was listed! Karen is dedicated to advocating for her clients and working fairly and ethically with her realtor colleagues. I am continually amazed at her follow through and attention to detail. She is knowledgeable about what she does and invests time staying up to date with current laws and required systems. Karen works harder than anyone (than me even)! Her attention to detail is exceptional, and she uses that and her other skills to tirelessly advocate for her clients. In my opinion, Karen is a great realtor, an ethical person and a true blue friend.
