Seller reviewI met Peter Gialamas thru my niece when she and her husband were looking to purchase a house. They were so pleased with him, that when I decided to sell my single family rental home in Des Plaines, I immediately called Peter. He was very knowledgable of the area that my house was located in, so we met and I listed the property with him. He was extremely easy to work with and was always available by telephone. He called me with a Sales Contract within a week of listing the property. All the terms and sales price were agreed upon and on March 31st we closed on the house, making me very happy. I will highly recommend Peter Gialamas of Century 21 Langos & Christian to anyone selling or purchasing any type of Real Estate.

Buyer reviewPeter Gialamas was referred to me by a coworker. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what to expect. I initially went online to the Century 21 Langos and Christian website to obtain Pete's contact information. I filled out the short informational email and within an hours Pete called me. He suggested that I send him an email detailing where and what we were looking for in a home. That evening I was receiving listings from Pete. Pete was willing to show us homes any day during the week or weekend rain or shine. When we finally found our home, Pete put together a market comparison report of homes listed and sold in the area recently. I was able to utilize this report to determine our initial offer and highest price I was willing to pay. Pete was very helpful throughout the whole bidding process. During the closing we had some issues with the sellers, but Pete was flexible to ensure that our closing went smoothly. Pete went above and beyond what I had expected from a realtor and definitely will be recommending him to friends and family.
