Buyer reviewRosie and Dee Dee Lombardi were recommended by a friend. I had dealt with 2 other agents in the past few years during my search for a new home after my home burned down in the Tubbs Fire. Both of the other agents were awkward to work with. Dee Dee is like a friend of yours coming to the rescue! She is a naturally warm, sincere and approachable person, which is a real plus in this business. Dee Dee and Rosie are TOP NOTCH! They both know the business very well, they take great pride in their work, they are polite, patient, timely and readily available. This was not a simple sale. But Dee Dee straightened out all the kinks and made it happen. Dee Dee and her whole team worked with professionalism, efficiency and caring. These are all great listeners who explained the process and worked with me online to process forms, sign them with an electronic signature - and reminded me when I was a bit late in signing.
