Buyer reviewI work in process analysis that is my job that is my livelihood Steve very quickly understood my personality what I was looking for location range budget everything. There were a couple hiccups that he was able to communicate to other people and smooth over rapidly one of the most important things that I look for is longitudinal experience and I doubt that I could have ever been able to work with anybody that was smoother. 12/10 rating.

He has a wealth of knowledge and experience which came in clutch when we had a difficult transaction to deal with. I was very grateful that Steve was in my corner, and his patience in getting me through the rough spots was invaluable to me. Although the sale of my home was frustrating because of the buyer's side, Steve was as steady as a rock and on top of every curve that was thrown our way. He used the latest information and on-line resources to sell our home quickly (~6 weeks from listing to closing). He gave excellent counsel, and took care of the negotiation and communication aspects so the whole process was as worry-free as possible.
