No one knows this market like Steve, and no one is nicer to work with. I also worked with Nancy Evans, and she is a delight as well. I have worked with Steve and Nancy for years and wouldn't use anyone else in a real estate transaction! Steve is always one step ahead in all real estate dealings. It is great peace of mind knowing that his experience is there when we need it most. Could not have been a better experience.

Steve was great to work with, he took us to exactly where we wanted to be and stayed within our budget and location limits. We never once felt pressure to buy something we were uncomfortable with and he was always friendly and available for questions and never gave off the impression that he was tired of our question or needs. I cannot recommend him enough as he takes the stress and confusion out of buying a home.

Steve is a phenomenal realtor. With over 30 years in UT real estate he so knowledgeable about all areas, from North Ogden to SLC. Steve was so flexible and descriptive during video walk throughs with us while we were still stationed in Germany! He coordinated so all closing was completed online since we were still overseas. We were happy with our deal when we bought our home and we were just as happy with our deal when we sold our home with Steve as our realtor both times! Highly recommend, especially for the military community in UT!
