I have purchased and sold a home in Utah through Steve Evans before, and frankly I wouldn't go anywhere else. His knowledge of the market, trends, area, and attention to detail are priceless. Especially since I was purchasing from out of state, it was great peace of mind for me knowing that Steve had it all under control. I knew that I could contact Steve at anytime with questions from out of state and he would take care of an issue or answer a question. I could always depend on Steve to be there. Steve's wife, Nancy, is equally deserving of the highest ratings. Quite a team! My overall experience was very positive and I couldn't be happier. Wouldn't use anyone else!
