Seller reviewI live out of town and Lynn was extremely helpful with every aspect of the sale, even things that weren't her contracted responsibility. She was easy to reach and always quick to respond. She made the entire process so easy and I felt that she was a real partner working with and for me to complete the sale. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the sale, the ease of the process and Lynn's professionalism. Sadly, I don't own another property in the area but I will definitley refer her to my friends.

She was so easy to work with and walked me through making difficult choices and providing support services needed to complete the sale of my mother's home. Her recommendations were spot on. Lynn went above and beyond to keep me informed of all issues that came up along the way. She met with inspectors and arranged fumigation while I was out of town. When we had problems with escrow, she carefully explained the situation and let me know realistically what to expect. Lynn Whitmer ("Lynn") knowing that it was a very unique property that would appeal to a very limited number of potential buyers; a successful marketing plan would depend on Lynn's ability to focus on the special features of the home and specifically target that shallow pool of prospects that could overlook the home's major drawback (only two bedrooms) and recognize its outstanding features. Lynn did an excellent job of marketing the home with local and regional agents; our eventual buyer came from out of state. Lynn's services were exceptional in every way, and she negotiated a sale very near our asking price in a short time despite a challenging real estate market with numerous competing properties in our same price range. Throughout the process, Lynn demonstrated outstanding organization skills and attention to the details of inspections, repairs, paperwork, as well as timely communication with all involved parties. I highly recommend Lynn for real estate!
