Lynn successfully put together the plan to prepare the house for market, and then to get it sold. She did a great job of demystifying the steps to achieve this. There was a bump or two in the road, but Lynn was able to maintain control of the transaction, and kept it on a steady course. She was right on the pricing, and we had a lot of interest due to her marketing and being available for showings, The Property was for a unique buyer that wanted land and didn't mind the care and work needed to keep up the property.
