R. Lynn Whitmer was extremely patient and understanding of the special needs that we presented as sellers. As an out of state seller, I especially appreciated her integrity and honesty. I never had any doubt I could trust her to act in our best interest. In advance of the offering, she clearly communicated what she expected we would be able to ask for the property and how the market fluctuations might change the sales picture. She oversaw the preparations to put the house on the market and provided contacts with cleaners and handyman as needed to get us ready for market. The photographer she hired did an excellent job highlighting the best of the property. When the response to the initial offering drew a crowd of interested parties, Lynn managed the realtors and potential buyers with finesse. She was so on top of things that we as sellers did not have to worry about missing an opportunity. Throughout the process she stayed in touch, communicating with regular updates and forwarding offers as they came through. The sale went through escrow with only a minor delay, and the process overall went smoothly thanks to her work with the escrow people and the buyers. All in all, the property sold much faster than I ever anticipated. I would work with her on a house sale again without hesitation and highly recommend her to anyone who has a property to sell.

We engaged Lynn Whitmer in the sale of my mom's home after she passed away. We primarily worked with Lynn remotely since we don't live in the area. Since we do not live locally, we needed her assistance with various service providers. She organized many services (gardening, house and carpet cleaning, junk removal, etc.) quickly and efficiently to get the house on the market timely. Beyond standard service, Lynn retrieved items from the house that we forgot and mailed them to us; ensured sprinklers were working and the pool water level was correct; and even returned cable boxes for us! Throughout the process Lynn was always positive, but realistic. She is super responsive and doesn't mind many questions! She balances the right amount of communication and presents all information objectively. In the end, I believe we received the best price and service during a trying time. Lynn is truly a pleasure to work with and we are most appreciative of her services.
