Buyer reviewI could not ask for a better agent than Chip Smith. He was extremely attentive to my needs, including a deep knowledge of the area where I was interested in buying. Since I am relocating from Arizona to Virginia, I had to rely on Chip to handle numerous aspects of the buying process that I was unable to do. For example, he was there for the inspection. He was there for the walk-through and brought along a handyman to check out projects I want to undertake. And just because the sale is final, Chip hasn't walked away. For instance, a cabinet door is missing from a lazy Susan corner cabinet. He's tracking down carpenters in the area to determine where I can get a replacement. Chip goes above and beyond what is expected of an agent. I would highly recommend him to others.
