Buyer reviewTo anyone looking to buy a new house, Chip Smith is your man. His hard work, extensive research, and attention to detail made the whole process very enjoyable. From setting up multiple private viewings and open houses, to e-mail alerts of new houses coming on the market, we were able to make an informed choice based on a wide variety of potential homes. As a first time homebuyer this process can seem very daunting. And more than a little bit scary. The sheer amount of research Chip does allowed him to be able to answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease. He talked us through every step of the process right down to the final closing, so we always knew what to expect. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of buying our new home and would highly recommend Chip to anyone.

Although we did not have the highest offer, he presented our offer to the listing agent and sellers as the best option. Also, his local knowledge and research made us comfortable in the areas we looked at. Although it was a very tough market, I am relieved we were able to find something with the help of Chip, it made the process so much better to have someone who championed for us. Chip was very responsive and made sure we not only talked on text/email, but would reach out via zoom or phone call to touch base. If for some reason he was not available, he always communicated who would his back up be and it would be as if he never left. His communication skills were definitely a very important aspect in this whole process.

Buyer reviewChip took the time to find the house for me. By time - I mean - he did a lot of research. I had been in the same house most of my life and it was overwhelming to think of buying a new home. He found the home that would make the transition seem not so unbearable. I think Chip's patience resonates with me the most when I think about this entire experience. Constantly, looking out for my best interest and always available. He did a fantastic job in answering my myriad questions. I can drive around this neighborhood and see all of the signs for other real estate companies that say "Mantua expert". I would rather work with a realtor who was an expert in focusing on my needs and then finding the right neighborhood/home and that is exactly what Chip accomplished.
