Seller reviewChip is excellent at his job! He is very good at directing every step of the process. This was both important and very valuable to me as I have never purchased or sold a home before. Chip did an incredible amount of work and due diligence in researching the best scenario for selling my older home. He is also very good at being both cognizant and patient of the sellers needs. There is a tremendous amount of emotion that comes with selling a home that has been in your family for years. Chip was very patient with me throughout the process. Also, many of the conversations we shared along the way needed to be rehashed several times. Chip is very good at shepherding you through this process and listening and understanding your needs. Truthfully, he found a home for me that I never would have pictured myself in. The end result is that I think it will be ultimately the perfect home. I would highly recommend Chip Smith to anyone who was buying or selling a home. This sale was a little bit unique. Chip sold to a builder. He found the right builder. Again, he did a great job in selling my property and finding me a new home.
