I am originally from New York City. Have 3 grown children, and a passel of grandchildren, (Some just like to call me that). I started out in the restaurant business, where I learned the fine art of "The customer is always right" and added my instinctive ability to make everyone feel special, and to treat each person with the individuality they desire. When I made my move to Florida, I had a few choices, and one of them was Daytona Beach. I could not be happier with my choice! Daytona offers a small town feel, with a big town experience. Each area here has its own character and its my job to match a customer with a house they want to call HOME.

Buyer reviewThroughout the entire process, Mariah went above and beyond. From the time I met her, to our additional property viewing to my property selection, to the closing process. Mariah was proactive and responsive. We had an unusual amount of challenges during the closing process due to the lender and HOA. In spite of this, Mariah remained extremely protective ;ensuring the lender prioritized my loan and the HOA provided documents needed which were not included in the closing documents I purchased. My overall sales experience with Mariah was excellent. However, the overall experience with the lender and HOA was poor. This is no way a reflection on Mariah she was the best and I would select het for future real estate transactions.
