I am originally from New York City. Have 3 grown children, and a passel of grandchildren, (Some just like to call me that). I started out in the restaurant business, where I learned the fine art of "The customer is always right" and added my instinctive ability to make everyone feel special, and to treat each person with the individuality they desire. When I made my move to Florida, I had a few choices, and one of them was Daytona Beach. I could not be happier with my choice! Daytona offers a small town feel, with a big town experience. Each area here has its own character and its my job to match a customer with a house they want to call HOME.

Mariah went well above what I could ever had imagined and really hit it out of the park for us .She made it possible for my family to be in Florida 100% and fir that I could not thank her more Do not sell yourself short with the realitor it can cost you thousands of dollars and unimaginable stress .I have never had a better person in my corner! Seller reviewMariah is kind, attentive and professional. She went out of her way to address concerns I had and sold a house in a pandemic! She met with every realtor/potential buyer issuing mask and gloves as needed and wiped down surfaces after the showing. She was available when needed and quick to address any concerns I had. Her suggested sale price was right on the money and 20 grand more than I expected. We got a full price offer. Our closing ran in to a few issues on the buyers side, Mariah stayed on top of the issues and kept my stress level to a minimum. She was also the person that found the perfect home for me 5 yrs previous. I would not consider using any other agent or agency!
