I am originally from New York City. Have 3 grown children, and a passel of grandchildren, (Some just like to call me that). I started out in the restaurant business, where I learned the fine art of "The customer is always right" and added my instinctive ability to make everyone feel special, and to treat each person with the individuality they desire. When I made my move to Florida, I had a few choices, and one of them was Daytona Beach. I could not be happier with my choice! Daytona offers a small town feel, with a big town experience. Each area here has its own character and its my job to match a customer with a house they want to call HOME.

Seller reviewIt was clear from our first meeting that Mariah and I could work well together. I was selling my deceased aunt's home in Daytona Beach Shores -- I live in Illinois. She helped me coordinate getting the house cleaned out and prepped for sale. She coordinated home repairs from time to time (AC repair, removal of an old fence) and she arranged for the house to be hurricane ready (outside furniture in, hurricane shutters down, etc) She went beyond the call of duty to help me out. She sold the house promptly at a very fair price within just a couple of months. She was a friend that was with me step by step. Thank you Mariah!
