I saw Alice Lin's listing on my street, that's how I met her, I am so glad and felt so lucky that I did reach out to her.  I usually don't write reviews, but this time I truly feel that Alice Lin deserves a five-star review from me.  Alice helped me sell my Laguna Woods house.  Laguna Woods is a retirement community with lots of regulations and Alice was great in guiding me through. She has a very skillful handyman to get the house ready for the market in a very short time, and she also has a network of realtors that share the market information with her, it only took a couple of showings, the offers started to come in and we sold it with desirable prices. She knows this market inside out and always had the knowledge or know where to get the information. Alice really goes out of her way to help people, especially since I moved out of my house a month early, Alice took extra care of it and worked very hard to cooperate well with HOA's inspections and requirements. Alice answer her phone calls and responds to her e-mails and text messages late at night and early in the mornings at the time when I think about the issues I might have and want a response, she is always there and willing to help, to me, this is the most important asset for a real estate agent. Whenever selling or buying a property, the amount of stress is insurmountable to everyone, but with Alice being my agent, the stress is minimum and I could even say that is near zero,  I will recommend her to anyone who wishes to sell or buy their house in Laguna Woods. I have used so many real estate agents in the past, to me by far she is the best agent out there for this area.
