Buyer reviewAlice Lin made the whole process of buying our retirement home a very pleasant process. We were referred to Alice because another agent we had previously met was out of the office and not currently taking clients. Alice Lin came off the bench and hit a Grand Slam Home run! She did not just show us the property we were interested in but also some comparable ones as well. This gave us a better view of what the market currently was like at Laguna Woods. Alice Lin made us feel like we were her only clients. She was very responsive and always returned our calls within a few minutes. Even when I called her on one of my many Sunday morning (Just have to have an answer) calls. She guided us through the unique process of a purchase at Laguna Woods. She kept us calm during the whole process and had great patience with us. Alice Lin is a great asset for Rainbow Realty and we absolutely will refer her to any of our friends who may be looking for a home.
