I am excited to say I am reaching my 12-year mark as a Licensed Professional Realtor in California. I truly love what I do because it allows me the opportunity to meet new people and help them with all their Real Estate needs. I am patient but also know how to be aggressive when the need arises. I love listening to all of your wants and needs, because you are all so different and important to building my business. I am part of a wonderful program that allow's me to help Military families, b eing the wife of a retired Corporal Marine I know the importance, firsthand, of showing empathy and making the transition for Military families as seamless as possible.
I enjoy spending time with my family and having my own quiet time to re-energize. I plan to continue my real estate career through retirement and beyond because I truly enjoy what I do. I look forward to creating new relationships all the while maintaining the ones I have already established.

Buyer reviewI would definitely recommend alicia shes super friendly and so approachable we always could ask her any question and she would answer she made the home buying process more understandable and easier on us. Any question I knew she could guide me with us it was more difficult since Id be out of town so much and only avaliable weekends she made meets with me and anything to fit my schedule. She was our agent from the start and saved us from buying the first home we liked because it had a lien and other homes we liked as well being very honest almost a year but she stuck with us always informing me of new homes and thats because I was picky but here I am now in my perfect home sweet home Thanks so much Alicia
