I am excited to say I am reaching my 12-year mark as a Licensed Professional Realtor in California. I truly love what I do because it allows me the opportunity to meet new people and help them with all their Real Estate needs. I am patient but also know how to be aggressive when the need arises. I love listening to all of your wants and needs, because you are all so different and important to building my business. I am part of a wonderful program that allow's me to help Military families, b eing the wife of a retired Corporal Marine I know the importance, firsthand, of showing empathy and making the transition for Military families as seamless as possible.
I enjoy spending time with my family and having my own quiet time to re-energize. I plan to continue my real estate career through retirement and beyond because I truly enjoy what I do. I look forward to creating new relationships all the while maintaining the ones I have already established.

We were also looking for someone who had at least 10 years of experience in general due to previous difficult experiences with a couple brokers through different agencies. When we found Alicia she was very confident, determined, and honest upfront-which we really appreciated. Once Alicia and I started communicating and looking at homes, she was able to quickly identify my needs and make recommendations. In fact, we even made an offer on an home when i was not able to be physically present, and also, we made an offer on the home I'm currently in when she was out of town but STILL did not drop the ball on me; she was able to quickly find a coworker to show me the home and immediately reached out to know what I thought.
