A sixteen year veteran in the local real estate market, Andrea is a recipient of the Centurion Award from Century 21 Real Estate as well as the Quality Service Award. Andrea is a past President of the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors and served on most Board positions. In addition she chaired the Realtor Home and Patio Show. Andrea grew up in a Navy family, relocating many times until her family settled in Fernandina Beach thirty-eight years ago.

Buyer reviewAndrea was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions or talked to someone who could and was always willing to talk when we needed advice moving forward. Her knowledge of the area made it infinitely easier to find a house we loved at a price we could afford. The home we ended up buying was one we had seen online but hadn't investigated further, but she took us there knowing we would really like it. So I can guarantee that we would not have found the wonderful home we did without her guidance.

Seller reviewAndrea Hatton went above and beyond .i did not want a lock box on our home because of my 2 dogs... If I was unavailable to take my dogs out when my home was being shown Andrea would arrange to have my dogs off the premises so that the prospective buyers would be able to concentrate on the home and not to barking dogs! Excellent service.
