A sixteen year veteran in the local real estate market, Andrea is a recipient of the Centurion Award from Century 21 Real Estate as well as the Quality Service Award. Andrea is a past President of the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors and served on most Board positions. In addition she chaired the Realtor Home and Patio Show. Andrea grew up in a Navy family, relocating many times until her family settled in Fernandina Beach thirty-eight years ago.

I contacted a few realtors in the past just for small things or more info on a certain house and no one else besides Andrea met my needs. She responds and acts quickly, she knows what I like and don't like, and she's not going to try and get you to buy a more expensive house to benefit her. All she cared about was making sure we were happy with our choice and we were comfortable with the new lifestyle of paying a mortgage. I could not be more grateful to Andrea for every single extra mile she went for us.
