Anne's "hit the ground running" approach to selling a home is truly what everyone needs when selling in this area/market. I contacted her and told her I was ready to pull the trigger and less than a week later we were meeting in person and she brought every piece of info we could ask for, as well at top notch marketing material ready to go. Her knowledge of the market in this area and her approach made the process seamless and really kept us at ease as this was our first home. Things went better than we could have ever dreamed. There is no one I would more highly recommend than Anne Green, she's the best around!
