Arthur Guerrero is a lifelong Texas resident. He grew up in Amarillo, TX. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Texas State University. He is a 29 year veteran of the technology business, where he developed his strong business acumen skills and the value for relationships.
Arthur has lived in Georgetown, TX for the past 24 years. He has witnessed our small town grow into the prosperous place many have chosen to call home. He enjoys playing golf, running, hiking, traveling and visiting Georgetown's beautiful downtown square. Arthur is a member of Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, 2023 graduate of Leadership Georgetown, Celebration Church and has volunteer experience at both Celebration Church and the Caring Place.

Buyer reviewAs providence would have it, I met Arthur Guerrero while he was showing a home at a weekend Open House. I was in desperate need of a Realtor as I was on a very short trip to Texas, live in Seattle but moving to Texas in the next few months, and house hunting. We walked in at the close of the Open House but Arthur spoke with patience, genuine interest and kindness to my daughter and son-in-law. He was engaging and not pushy. I found myself an Agent! Arthur's expertise, experience and knowledge put me immediately at ease and made the house hunting process so much easier. He was able to find me a home while I was back home in Seattle and to guide me through the purchase process with relative ease. My family and I have every intent of using Arthur Guerrero again as we have two more homes on the horizon to purchase. I would recommend to anyone in need of a Realtor with no reservations. He's the best!
