Arthur Guerrero is a lifelong Texas resident. He grew up in Amarillo, TX. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Texas State University. He is a 29 year veteran of the technology business, where he developed his strong business acumen skills and the value for relationships.
Arthur has lived in Georgetown, TX for the past 24 years. He has witnessed our small town grow into the prosperous place many have chosen to call home. He enjoys playing golf, running, hiking, traveling and visiting Georgetown's beautiful downtown square. Arthur is a member of Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, 2023 graduate of Leadership Georgetown, Celebration Church and has volunteer experience at both Celebration Church and the Caring Place.

Seller reviewArthur had already sold 3 other homes on our street & he went above and beyond with all sales. I knew him by professional reputation. I was a Real Estate Broker from 1960s - 1987. The market is different now so I just turned my sale over to him. Being an ex-Broker I knew enough to know I needed a good Realtor that knew the ropes. Arthur did! He went above & beyond when it came to representing me. I actually worked for Century 21 in the 1980s so I knew the company was good. I could not have had a better Realtor. As the saying goes "I Was In Good Hands!" He took care of my sale in a very professional way, going above and beyond many times. Arthur is an excellent Realtor and I was blessed to have him help me sale my house. He did an excellent job carrying me from listing to closing. Thank you Arthur!
