Barbara was like having a friend walk you through the process. It was a comfort knowing she was in our corner. While we were living in Las Vegas, I called Century 21 Zaytoun-Raines about a home we saw in New Bern. Barbara Taylor answered the telephone with a friendly voice and listened to our needs. We knew by her caring personality she was the one to help us relocate to New Bern. It would be one year before we would purchase a home due to selling our home in Las Vegas and moving across country. Barbara kept in touch with us the entire time. We never felt she had forgotten us nor did we feel rushed. Listening is as important as showing a home. Barbara did a great deal of listening and was able to seamlessly change directions when our situation changed.
