He would point out negative issues and was always on top of the latest listings. He showed us how he placed a price on our home. Bill Jardine brought in a fabulous photographer showing ours home off beautifully with photos and his description. The first family to view bought it at the listed price. Bill Jardine always returned phone calls and made it clear he would answer any questions. He was never out of touch. Outstanding professional who knows how to get the job done. He definitely earned his commission; he found various professional services to handle each issue and helped guide the overall process. Bill also made himself available via text, email, and phone calls. He used technologies and communications to make things convenience - such as sending documents that could be digitally signed. It's tricky to sell when you live far away, but his efforts made the process quite tolerable!
