Seller reviewI can't think of something I would add to the above at the moment, but in the event that you don't get to see it Bill: Bill has a very positive, above-and-beyond type personality that let me know I was being taken care of at every turn. I'll never regret working with Mr. Oosterink. Bill developed fantastic options for the sale of my home and actually sold my property in less than 24 hours. Fantastic representative for Century 21. Wouldn't have done anything differently. My experience with Century 21 was very positive to say the least. Furthermore, when the time comes in the not so distant future that I want to buy another home, I will VERY likely be back to Century 21 to handle my needs. And I'll be asking for Bill specifically. Seller reviewWe were moving out of state and needed to sell our home, but having only been in the home for a few months, we were skeptical about whether we could sell it. We knew Bill as a realtor from a previous sale and when we contacted him, he immediately put us at ease and assured us we could and would get the property sold. Bill was very responsive, answering phone calls and texts no matter what the day or time, and was accommodating when we had requests or concerns. Our house sold within a week of being on the market and we couldn't be happier with the final result of our sale. Bill is professional and very knowledgeable about the local area and market, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a realtor.
