Seller reviewBill was a very kind and hard-working real estate agent who was very responsive throughout the entire process. He had my best interest at heart. I was not happy with some of the people that he recommended to work on my house, so I would suggest that he update the list of recommendations in the future. However, Bill was an excellent real estate agent, and I would definitely recommend him.

Seller reviewMy experience with Bill Oosterink could not have been more positive. When it was apparent that the title company had limited experience to effect a sale with two sellers who were not only citizens of a foreign country, but living abroad, Bill stepped in with out-of-the-box solutions to ensure no delays in closing. For instance, I had encountered problems with obtaining a notarized signature on a power of attorney that would satisfy Maryland legal requirements. Bill realized that our issues would substantially delay closing on all three of my properties that were up for sale. Bill took the initiative to contact the Maryland Secretary of State to find an alternative solution. Not only did the solution satisfy all legal requirements, but it saved me hundreds of dollars and several days of delay. Whenever I needed Bill's expertise to solve a problem, he was there with an answer. As anyone can relate, selling a house can be stressful, Bill Oosterink made the process as painless as it could possibly be by being readily available, calm, and ultimately professional. The best choice I made in this process was to select Bill to be my agent.

Bill simply wanted to find us a home that fit us, our family, and our budget. Bill was a solid price of mind throughout this process and we always felt he had our best interest as his main priority!
