Seller reviewWe were selling in the sellers market of 2021. There was a lot of temptation to shoot the moon but she helped us stay grounded and came up with an essentially perfect sales price point after doing her process for that. Had plenty of prospective buyers but getting a dozen offers of asking price means you probably priced it too low. Obviously getting no offers means you priced it too high. The perfect price point is 1-2 offers and a bunch of people who saw it and said no thank you at that price. We hit that perfectly on the nose with her experienced sales proposal which I wouldn't have been able to come up with on my own.

She treated us like family and would give you straight forward opinions about houses she viewed for us while we were in another state. If you want a trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor then this is the woman you need to hire. Having been in the military for over 20 years there have been several moves. No one has shown the compassion and professionalism I have ever seen. If I have to ever move again I will be contacting Billie again.

She worked weekends , nights, through Covid 19 situations, personal loss, you name it Billie was there and never was frustrated with setbacks. There cannot be a better Broker anywhere. She gives 100%, all the time and never failed to keep working to find what we needed. She is a jewel to work with and a pleasure to be around. I cannot find enough positive things to say about Billie as a Broker and person. When you are making these kind of decisions trust is paramount and with Billie you know your trust is secured.

She was so confident and level headed when we were anxious and was excellent at bringing us back down with her knowledge of the buying process.
